A variety of instructional methods are used to ensure student learning. In theory classes, instructors utilize lecture, videos, demonstrations, hands-on practice, guest speakers, test book review, work book review, written exams, field trips, and salon observation. During practical application, seniors practice procedures on clients. Freshmen utilize mannequins.
